Goals

The overall goals for this course are to enable financial institution staff and mortgage brokers to:  

• assist first home owners who are applying for first home owner benefits
• apply and create an application on the FHOGS Online system
• administer the FHOGS scheme
• understand issues related to compliance.

Modules

The course comprises a number of modules including:

• How to apply
• Creating applications
• Administration
• Compliance.

The How to apply module is available now, the other modules will be released soon.
